We're thinking of taking the train in from New Jersey, anyone know how far it is from Penn Station to Madison Ave? :) There is a bus that runs up Madison and drops off at the zoo... Gate B.

Shaky time for me due to my sailing. Will keep track of this thread and see what happens. I think it is great.

OMG, I had a great idea but I'm not sure how to implement it. Since we are going to be a nice sized group. How does a photo scavanger hunt sound? We can break up into small groups and be given a short time fram (1 hour?)to find as many items on "The List" and post our results online later in the week. Does this interest anyone? If it does, how should we do it? And would anyone want to make up the "list"

Madison Ave is about 4 blocks from Penn Sta. Why not just take the 2 or 5 train from Penn to the Zoo?

That sounds like a possibility too. Not too familiar with the subways though.

We can always change the time and meet at 8am? But I don't think that would be very popular. I think 12 may be early for some. lol

so if it rains, what then? Is this rain or shine or what?
Is there a rain date if it does? If it rains, I won;t come out as I am just getting over a cold. I hope it is dry 'cause I am really looking forward to 2morrow?
Shoff? Someone? Can we get some clarification please on the expected impending rain?
