Hi Mandy, thanks for commenting. I'm not able to leave a comment on your photo but I'll just leave it here. I find your flower shot to be the one I saw with the best texture in it. The petals look like an inch thic and I like your soft warm tone. The only negative point is a mater of taste but I'm not myself a soft focus type. This is the only point I can see that make your pictures not perfect.

Thanks Nick. Yeah, I know, color is good for flowers. But plain white flowers plus busy background = B&W treatment. :) Just kidding, I really like the contrasts I got when I converted it, much more interesting then the color version. Thanks again!

These are two that I took today. I would appreciate any remarks.

Forgot to add, these are straight from the camera. Only converted from Canon Raw to Tiff, then shrunk down and saved as JPG for my portfolio.
