Hey!
I'm trying to submit an entry and it keeps giving me an error message: "An error occurred: HTTP Error".
I've tried re-saving the image, restarting my computer, restarting the internet.
And still... "An error occurred: HTTP Error".
Is anyone else having this issue?
Does anyone know how to fix it and can tell me as if I were a toddler, please?

| Same here! I guess is a site/server issue. I tried from phone, laptop and the dpc app on the phone. Same result. From the phone I can technically upload but there will be no image displayed. From laptop is an error. |

| It's been reported to Mita -- nothing to do now but wait. Sorry. |

I tried again from the app on the phone. It went all normal, it got all the info of the camera, I renamed it etc., but the image is blank and says "Image Not Found". Maybe this helps the admin.
Cheers! |

The good news is that I'm good at waiting patiently.
Thanks for reporting it, Gen! |

**to be fair, my requests often cause internal errors, so this just might be me. 😜

Hi Roz.. In MacBook, I just press press Control + Command + Space simultaneously to open the emoji and symbols character viewer in any text field 😊

It should be working now. Sorry for the troubles.
(the upside is that fixing involved providing better diagnostics when the upload fails) |

Oh!
Now I get this (with a .jpg file): Invalid file format -- JPEG only. |

You can just rename the file with the ".jpeg" extension. |

Thanks, Gen!
I tried it the same way this morning and it worked.
I've always used .jpg and it's worked before.
Not sure what was wrong this time, but someone fixed it. :D
