Sooo Mr. Berry - can we do a flip n blend in Standard? Is that legal?

Highly discourage googling âflip and blend photoâ . . . . Just sayin. <<<< just kidding of course, I literally have no idea what that is and my 3rd grade brain went naughty.

It's all explained in this old side challenge thread.

I wish ... no, Flip/Blend is only legal in Extended.

What exactly is âillegalâ - asks the returning wayward daughterâ¦.

Weâve done 3 Flip n Blend Challenges - 2 Advanced/Standard Editing - 1 Expert Editing.

What make it âillegalâ specifically?

Did you read the 'Special Rules' that applied to each of those challenges? I believe your answer is in there.

Currently, the Standard Editing rules have the following line, which would apply in the case of flip/blend:
"Must create your entry from 1 or more captures of a single scene (defined as a scene whose overall composition/framing does not change)."

p.s. - it's Barry, not Berry. :-P
