I have not watched TV in 30 years, during the pandemic I watched Queens Gambit. Such a good show on so many levels. The cinematography was beautiful and the clothing was amazing, writing and acting was great. I wish there was a challenge to do with chess. Everyone must have a chess set.
Another one I liked was Spanish Princess. |

hey Barry .. maybe its a terminology thing .. it is a series on netflix that you watch on your tv .. !! .. ;)
you could watch it on your ipad as well or phone if you wanted to ..
but it was the most awesome series .. wish it went longer .. or wish i didnt binge watch it so it went by so quickly .. :(

Thanks roz. I understand how Netflix works for streaming, unfortunately our internet is so stinking slow we can't do it. We still use the DVD service. :-) |

Thanks roz. I understand how Netflix works for streaming, unfortunately our internet is so stinking slow we can't do it. We still use the DVD service. :-) |
Barry .. i have had ongoing internet problems since august last year .. been on to my provider for probably over 20 hours ..
they eventually fixed the problem .. but now its gone bad again .. but at its worst i had no internet at all .. then speeds of .51mb/sec .. often 2 or 3mb/sec ... so after having a whopping 10mb/sec and then having hardly nothing .. it was a shock .. !! ..
its like once you get the new fangeled thing its really hard to go back ..
so you should feel lucky .. lol .. ;) .. :(
