End "Waiting" now, please. I feel like a day trader. My stock is dropping faster then Enron. Down .5 in 3 hours. With over 300 votes, I didn't think a few votes could drop my score (or raise) before the end. I was WRONG> With 4 1/2 hours left, at this pace I'll be bankrupt. :)

No, don't stop yet. A string of voters who want to give me a 10 are just reaching consensus and getting ready to vote. There's about thirty of them, and I need those votes!

You guys have no idea what real suffering is . . . . what if you were worried about breaking into the 3's?? My PT & A entry is hated by all!!! Oh well, live and learn!!

some must really hate your photo as I haven't given out any 1, 2 or 3's so You can't blame me
edit : just checked I have one 3 hope it's not your one

Maybe I should clarify (and raise my self-respect .00001%). I was saying I don't want to go down into the three's, not up to the three's from the 2's. Not that it makes much difference.

I've come to the conclusion, after watching my score on waiting, that people vote in blocks. It must be something to do with time zones, or the phase of the moon.
I took a .4 dip earlier on today with over 250 votes, but it's crept back up now.
For that much shift there would have to be every voter for a couple of hours giving me a 1,2,3 score, then all the folks who hate my shot logged off, and the photo lovers came on with their 7,8,9,10 scores and pulled it back up. :-).
I've just got to hope midnight (EST, it's 13:32 on the 16th already for me) comes around it's on the upswing again! ;-).

| I post a picture my self on this contest and I think the 312 something pics posted are really bad. including mine. well I guess all this is for fun right? so I can wait to see the winner , Im 99% sure who the winner is and that pic is really boring. |

Sorry to go off topic a bit here. But is there some way to check your scores during a challenge that shows the bar graph and distribution of voters? How did you know you have one 3 so far? I thought that you could only see the breakdown of scores AFTER the challenge has ended? Really confused here :( |

Abruel, you just left me a comment on my entry, which said, in part, "This picture is really bad." Now, did you mean, it's really bad as in it sucks, or did you mean, it's bad as in it's great? One enquiring mind needs to know...

1st-2-click means that he has scored one picture with a 3, not been given one three on his entry.. |

Oh, I see now. Sorry for the misinterpretation and going off topic. Guess the score distribution CANNOT be checked while the challenge is in progress :)
Anyways, I just checked my scores and now I hope this challenge ends quickly too. My score has dropped .7 in the past couple hours :(
Update: Finished 35th place! Much better than I hoped for!

Well as a regular LOW SCORER it gives me renewed excitement at the fact of my entry just about to creep into the 5's that i might just finish above the 100 mark this time.. :)
It's all good fun, I just enjoy taking pics and reading the forum.
