I wouldn't jump up and down over my image, low 5's sounds about right.
Last minute shot just to have a dog in the race.

My last four votes have averaged 7.5. I wish the first nine had, too.

Ever stick an image in that was better than the one you shot that had hard and obvious angles, would likely get at least mostly 6's in a Free Study, but just know in your heart that folks are going to slam it because the angles are there, but not overt? I did. So glad this place never fails to disappoint by disappointing.

The first few voters weren't cranky, I just totally overestimated my own photo and its connection to the challenge.

The first 10 votes averaged 6.8 and got my hopes up. The next 12 average 5.08 and dramatically reset my expectations for this one. Oh, well.

Down into the mid 4's now. Totally expected for this one, but some of the comments it's pulled in are exactly what I was after. I'm calling this one a success.

I'm running a low score but have learned heaps from the really useful comments. If only I could resubmit the new version I've created following the suggestions! Thanks folks - learned a lot on this one :-)

Flying high now! Hoping this will be one of those "love it or hate it" entries with a dip in the 5's on the voting breakdown. However, it has been holding too close to the 5 mark for that, so I'm actually expecting a huge spike in the 5's.

I was really hoping that this one to be better than my Architecture VII entry, which i don't really like but scored high (6.2718 and 8/93). Ten votes ago i was there with 6.2836 average. Since then i got (6, 5), 5, (7, 8), (5, 5), 5, 5, 6. Votes in brackets are estimates.

Now i stand at:

It still looks like it will be an excellent 6+ score, though. Haven't had one of those since Get Well Bear_Music in June. First world problems :-)

this is amazing. I have no idea if my score is rising or falling. it is so low I can barely make it out.

Somehow I managed to put my unedited picture in this one, so it deserved the score it got. But for the life of me, I can't figure out where the edited one went. :D
