Hmmm...so if they're famous for doing something, I don't think my choice of Aloysius Pendergast would work very well...(kinda like an independently wealthy James Bond).

Maybe do it as a split challenge, either famous heroes or famous villians?

Hah! Aloysius X. J. Pendergast! Oddly, I picked up "Fever Dream" at the library today... Not that long ago I read the one where they were trying to track down the legend in the mines in Colorado, in the winter... I forget the title. GREAT character...

teehee...@ kiwinick...I've always rooted for the baddies, a lot of the times they're much more colourful than heroes, who can sometimes be a little bland.

And Bear! Only you would remember Pendergast's middle initials! :-) Yes, very well-written series, but kinda like Bond in that the titles/books can get a little confusing. No matter, your experiences won't be spoiled if you read em out of sequence.

Yah, I've read about half of them, in no particular order, just however I encounter them in the library; they circulate pretty steadily :-)

that's a cool Idea give a choice of being on the dark side or not. I'm hopeless with PS but think expert would open every ones imaginations up

It's in the queue as a single challenge, expert editing. I think trying to split it into simultaneous challenges, as we did with good/bad, would delay its being accepted, frankly. And I don't see the need of it, personally: let good battle evil, and fascination banality, for that matter, and see who triumphs on the field of glory!

This seems like a really broad category.

Super-broad :-) Works well with Expert Editing, IMO... Much room for creativity. It makes sense to start PLANNING for this one right away, IMO, stockpiling ideas and props for when (and if) the challenge is posted up :-)

That could work, either that or Jesus. Still not sure. ;)

You just think you're presenting polar opposites ...
Besides, I have the latter option covered already ...
