He is, but he also has a very high average vote, so he is going to have to deliver if he is to beat you. |

LOL, thanks for the compliment, and based on my current score in architecture I think you have a pretty good shot :) |

Paul you might as well flip the coin now. Life got in the way and my Avatar score was so low I didn't push to get an entry in for Architecture. I'm guessing my opponent didn't submit for the Avatar challenge as the lowest scoring entry in the challenge would have been enough points from them to beat me.
Just a thought, perhaps instead of having a triple you could have a wildcard entry. From the people who are eliminated this week, the one that beats their average the most gets into the next round.

Sorry for the delay - here are the winners of the latest round, giving us a semi-final on Parks with the following remaining players. I flipped a coin for the triplet:
markwiley
ecmguy
Paul
P-A-U-L
cuttooth
Remember you'll need to enter hidden gem (though no excuse for non-submissions!)
Good luck all! |

Well, markwiley, I think I laid an egg on the 'parks' challenge. Currently 0.9 below my average. If you're doing better than that, I think you're on to the finals... |

Advanced apologies!
My tomorrow morning I have to leave the house early, shortly after rollover and will be out all day without access to a computer. I won't be back until about 10pm my time so there will be a long delay before I post the results of the semi-finals.
I'm sure you'll understand though as I'm spending the day shooting!
Thanks

Hey no worries Paul - we can all wait! Makes it more exciting unless of course we chose to do the maths ourselves - no thanks.
Thanks for letting us know |

Looks like I'll be going up against may TPL teammate P-A-U-L. We've been sharing entry candidates and providing feedback for the TPL competition challenges. Should we do that for 10 Second Exposure? Would it be wrong to pick out his worst candidate and tell him it would be a fabulous entry if he reprocessed it with amped up HDR, a gaudy border and some selective desaturation? |

Don't worry Mark, I think you have this all sewn up now. I believe the finals is based on the gems challenge in which case I am stuffed |

I am pretty sure it is 10 Second Exposure. I think it has always been the Tuesday night/Wednesday morning challenge for Beat Your Average (Guns, Avatar, Architecture, and Parks). |

No, I think it's the Hidden Gem challenge that the finals is based on. The Tues challenge that was announced when the Parks challenge started voting. |
