Happy hour tonight right after 2 Expert editing challenges start... Girls drink free, guys just get to watch girls drink!
I don't remember, in my active life here in dpc, any 2 expert editing challenge starting same time. That is a dream for  gyaban, just like it would be for  jagar if there was a double BW contest starting... or for  IreneM if there were two water drop or glass contest...etc.
Just show up, no cover charge, no metal directors, no need for designated drivers...

Maaan... what a night... we had to carry girls out to cabs all night long and send them home totally out! all the guys left there last few hours complained about the girls lol...
Hopefully next happy hour we'll have more people and less alcohol! |

| We are welcoming PhotoCamel.com to dpchat website. I will be adding their links and images on the front page. They are forum based photography/contest site. I really hope to exchange some users from there to here. Yes, I did get their permission for the links. |

The Camel had fleas the last time I was on it back in it's very beginning. Hmm, I wonder if they managed to get rid of them? :D

The websites I will be adding to DPChat.net will be addition to our audience, and hopefully some of them will join DPC as their "other" website, no one has to leave for good.

The idea of a "chat room" is to, well, chat. Chatting is a informal process of just talking with other people without guidelines or generally any restrictions. Interviews and round table discussions on the other hand or usually more formal and structured and a specific topic, sometimes with a host or moderator to keep everything on topic. Maybe DPC Townhall or DPC Meeting Room or something like that would have been a better name so that people wouldn't get the wrong idea of how to conduct themselves when they go to the interviews and round table discussions. I've always preferred the open, chit chat type rooms myself, but then I spent a lot of time on the pre-internet sites like Q-Link and other pre-AOL sites. None of the modern immitations are even close to how it was back in the good ole days. :D
Good luck with shanghaiing some new members. DPC could use them, that's for sure.
