Very far from the date for the Poe Toaster but Halloween is coming up and quite a few of Poe stories are 'Gothic/gothic horror' in nature. Of course he also wrote satire but a great many of us would readily recognize "The Raven" or the "Tell-Tale Heart".
Challenge:
Take a picture that captures one of the literary stories or poems of Edgar Allan Poe.

This was my rendition of Edgar Allan Poe's story "Red Death", for the painting with light challenge, unfortunatly very few saw my face...

Yes there are, aren't there! We were just up to Estes Park on Sunday, a short trip up the canyon, up to Many Parks Curve, and back down. Apparently, we just beat the snow y'all are supposed to get tonight!

| great literary possibilities with a Poe challenge. I am all for it. (I expected a halloween speed challenge- but even a "pagan" or harvest" speed challenge would be cool. |
