A circle with radius of 100 meters would be 31,416 sq. meters.

Area = (pi)r^2

If one were to limit oneself to 100 sq. meters of total area of a circle, the radius of the circle would be 5.6419 meters. Go ahead and use the other 94% of the area allowed by the challenge description.

Don't do it.....stay within the 100sq meters. Fhat way you can be sure to meet the challenge.

I can't help with you choice bc I'm on my phone in my corporate jet.
