This makes no sense at all as my numbers are almost the same as yours but I was never as high as 6.2, I have fewer comments. and no favs............. what's going on with the voting? You would think that you would have a higher score than I do at this point. I wish we were both a lot higher! :-D

| From looking at the thread, and after viewing and voting on the challenge, I am wondering if some or many voters are being very particular about what they consider gold. There are many images in the challenge that dance around gold but don't hit it square on the head - many oranges and many yellows - maybe that is the reason for some low votes? |

When stuff like that happens to me I just assume I crossed the DNMC line in peoples minds. Who knows. Tough to gauge scores in advance on DPC. Just when I think I got something figured I have to turn it on its head. Best of luck 4.

Once upon a time, long long ago (like when I was 21 - more than half a lifetime ago 8-/) my then-boss told me to have no expectations, because then you can never be disappointed.
Good advice esp for this site. |

Thank you both. Sometimes I wonder .... and I do not look too often. But it was nice to jump from what it seemed a lot of 2 & 3 but wonderful 4 comments. An 8 without comments, lovely.
