How many people will reset or go back to a location to do a reshoot with suggestions made by DPCers?
Anybody have some before and afters? |

Don't think it was really from comments but just more persistance after the challenge closed. I was never that satisfied with what I entered so kept trying.

I enjoy landscape photography and will often go back to the same place to shoot the same scene, after all lighting conditions are rarely the same. |

Ive been to this location Downtown Laundromat several times to shoot pics. Every time I go, I see something new. I think revisiting particular spots or even setups, is beneficial.

I've re-edited photos based on DPC comments, and then submitted them to POTD websites. I think it increases the chances of the photo getting picked. |

I have kept (will always keep?) in mind the comments I've received when I move on to a new shot, but I haven't yet re-made a shot. |

great launderette pics, but I don't think I'd trust my clothes in any of the machines there.
Now I've got my new camera, I've been to the National Maritime Museum here in Cornwall twice already, mostly to photograph the building rather than the exhibits, so far, 2 visits, 2 differnt weather conditions, 2 totally different sets of pictures |

What i'd like is a group of 3 or 4 fellow photographers to see my DP submissions BEFORE i submit - and get their feedback so that i can correct obvious flaws (like the trash in the corner of one shot, the accidental white bar from a bad crop left in another).
I came close to going back and reshooting one, but work, etc got in the way, as did the next challenge.

Gordon,
Pretty impressive change. I like the 2nd one much more.
scab-lab,
Your laundromat shots are a great series. I really like several of those shots.

I have to agree with Kevin. That is a really impressive photo. Great job.
Wish I had more time to practice taking great shots. Work kills it all. |
