Oops... screwed that all up. Can't I delete a duplicate post?

Here is the Omni Parker House Hotel lobby in Boston. The edited and original are here so you can see the difference. Details on the editing are included in the original.

Topaz Adjust, but truly an experiment of playing with sliders.

Wife of man I posted earlier.

Same process used.

Penny in the salt marsh earlier this afternoon, yesterday afternoon by now I guess. Topaz Detail, modified "bold detail" and Topaz Simplify, totally custom arrangement of sliders, closer to "buzz sim" than any of the other presets.

i love this side challenge. there are some amazing images coming out of it. it's fun to see people really push the envelope more than they would be allowed to in a normal challenge.

Here is one where I tried not to go too overboard.

That is the very best thing about side challenges. I always sign up for a new one when I lose my mojo. Its a fun easy way to get the creativity jump started.

My computer had to be reformatted last night, and it may be a few days before I get photoshop reloaded. Unfortunately I am going to have to skip this side challenge for a few days. I am so disappointed I could cry!

After I used Topaz InFocus, I used MichaelC's technique of duplicating the base (InFocus) layer multiple times, applying a different Topaz preset on each layer, and then adjusting the opacity of each layer. The Topaz recipe was: Adjust4 'Exposure Color Stretch' 100%, Adjust4 'Clarity' 25%, Detail2 'Creative Detail Accent' 40%, Detail2 'Lithograph' 20%. I finished off with a levels adjustment.

It popped the image much better than just a single application of Topaz 'Photo Pop', but didn't change the character of the image.
