I am very happy with my DPC performance this year. Entered 32 challenges in 2009, with average of 6.1047 Thanks to DPC and fellow DPCers for the inspiration. How did you do?

| My site average started the year somewhere around 5.25 and is now at 5.36. After 78 challenges in '09, my average for this year is slightly higher at 5.45, not including current entries. |

I entered 19 challenges so far this year, two more than my previous best year, thanks mainly to  SDW & the FSM 2009. My average has stayed pretty much the same, somewhere around 5.37. I have managed to score as high as 92% & as low as 2% in the challenges. But the single best highlight of my DPC year would have to be meeting & being a part of "The Beach Crowd"

28 entries for an average of 5.8564. High water mark was 7.0739, and lowest for the year a 4.8. Bring on 2010! I feel like it's time for a ribbon.

1 Ribbon, 4 Top 10's and 11 scores above a 6, in 14 entries. Better than usual.

It was an awesome year, and easy to calculate since I started in the end of January. No calculators needed this year. Next year, hopefully they'll have the yearly stats up! :D

For awhile in October, I even thought I stood a chance of being in the yearly top 10. But it doesn't look too promising, at the moment. But it's been extremely fun! I'm hoping to hit the 100 challenge mark by the end of the year, but I'm running out of time--it's getting pretty busy around here! |

Well, i joined in early Jan this year and sneakily slipped in a Best Of 2008 entry which did really well. Score wise it was all downhill from there until recently when that shot was knocked off my PB a couple of times which i was pleased about! I really didn't want to finish my first year and still have my first entry as my highest score. I've managed to get a posthumous Blue and Yellow as well, along with some other great appreciation of my shots, and i'm hugely pleased with that. I've massively enjoyed this first year and learnt a huge amount off many people, in the challenges as well as the side challenges. Hopefully i'll get that first photograph off my profile page in 2010, although, at the moment it is the only thing giving my profile page a hint of colour! I guess the other thing i've done this first year is to explore my own style and that has given me a particularly murky, greyish hue!

Good year for me, although it was definitely front loaded through July.
98 challenges, 5.8829. 2 DPC Ribbons & 9 other top 10s. 1 Brown (Proud of that one!). Although it just may go against the grain of the Posthumous thread, I'm happy to have recieved more posthumous ribbons than DPC ribbons, and a fancy bear claw.
Oh yeah, and one new daughter! |

I've entered 11 challenges in 2009 to date, with an average of 5.5843, which is, sadly, under my overall average. There's a glaring 4.x score in there that dropped me significantly, because it was a challenge I didn't want to enter but had made a pact with someone to challenge them to a duel, and forced myself, and that's never a good thing.
Still, there are a few more challenges for 2009 yet, and we'll have to see if I can come up with anything astounding to push that average up for the year. |

| I struggled along as usual to get just a decent score in the mid-high 5s. Then I met Ryan this summer and have since learned far more about photography (and probably taken far more photos) than I would have on my own. My top row is now jammed with 6s, and I credit him heavily for it...even if he is trying to make me switch to Canon ;-) |

Good year for me, I went from an average of 5.48 last year to an average of 5.94 from 38 challenges this year and got my first ribbon and a high water mark of 7.1460. Is the difference the purchase of a DSLR (its made me want to shoot more) or am I improving, who knows?

Well, I entered 96 challenges in 2009, so far; how many can beat that? I have no clue what my average was, and I'm not about to wade through almost 100 challenges abstracting the info.
It wasn't a very good year though, at least by DPC standards; 1 ribbon, a blue, and 5 stars. I did get a bunch of posthumous-type awards, though, and that's always gratifying :-) Plus I gained a Penny this year :-)
