Mine and a few other people's I talked to are going down down down? Why? Is there a group of down-voters?

I know exactly how you feel! Wish I had done the same.

Say WHAT?! I've just had a chance to catch-up on this thread and CANNOT believe I'm hearing this from you two!!! You DIDN'T use your LB?! Grrrrr....

And after all of the nicey-nicey, you can do it talk over here. Something like this:

... Is this challenge going to be a mix of extreme artistic tilt/shift "effects" a'la lensbaby, mixed with "too perfect" architecture and product shots? :)

My guess is this challenge will be a photoshop contest - may the best "miniature" win. I'll probably put my lensbaby away for this one and take the photoshop direction myself.

Chicken!! This is a perfect opportunity for Lensbaby shots!

Yea! Come on Barry! Lensbabies Unite!!

Before you think that I'm peeved, don't worry, I'm having a little fun at your expense . :-D

Mine was bouncing from 6.3 to 6.4 when I left for the weekend. I just came home to a 6.0.

Sigh. I have no excuse either, especially since I shot a lot of Lensbaby for the challenge... If there's any justice, Barry, you'll score higher than both of us. Mine is not currently cooking with gas...

Tilt/Shift? A Thursday challenge?
12/09/2009 02:03:24 PM · #118
WOW! I am very pleased with the entries on this challenge. It's so cool to see, what creativity and a tilt shift lens can do. Yes, the lens baby shots too!
I may have not entered, but gave the highest voting of any challenge. Thank you all...

I am just sitting here with my mouth open as I go through and vote...these images are beyond stunning. I want to learn how to do it too!

Amazing number of views to vote ratio! One could almost guess, with that number of views, that you have a nude image submitted! :-)

So, since your last post, you've had another 158 views and 27 votes. Lot's of lookers on this one!
12/10/2009 02:36:30 PM · #123
I thought I had a high view to vote ratio but Paul's is huge, I'll be interested to see which it is, I have my suspicions:)

Three miniatures win the Tilt Shift challenge. Maybe next time we can exclude miniatures from this challenge, hey Langdon.

Well you two - how'd you end up? :-)

Guess I'll have to go look. :-D
