I was actually quite happy with my score until I read this thread :p So many of you have insanse scores. But on the other hand, a 5.8 for a last minute and edited shoehorn isn't all that bad!

I'm full of regret actually. It was after entering I got an idea of the concept tilt and shift. I would've done so much more different now.

There's at least two people with tilt shift lens that have posted in this thread. And many more with lensbabies. Anyway, i'm sure rinac was just joshing.

I know she is kidding but lets be real here, 2 (and I couldn't find them) is a loooooong way away from the 54 that entered the challenge.

Comments have been awesome. I'm one of those who do not own a lensbaby and had to resort to post processng to enter this challenge. :)

Thanks, guys! I'm reeeeally excited. And yes, I have my original. There are sooo many high scores, I doubt I'll be in the top 5 - but who knows. dswann - WTG!!

I am so very curious to know more about this process. I should have paid more attention to the thread before this all started. I would like to vote and comment but I'm afraid to....that I will really mess things up...I took a quick glance through and wow...beautiful work guy/gals...

Looking like a new PB for me. Great way to start off with a new camera. There were some great shots submitted for this challenge.

Happy to get the fav!
This was a fun challenge to shoot for. I had 4 or 5 photos to choose from but went with the non-miniature image just because I thought it was the most interesting. One comment has it in the top 3, but I think they were just being nice. :P

Only my second challenge and it's higher than my first one so far. Even if it's below what most of you are getting I'm happy to be improving. I too had several (6) shots that I was considering and looks like maybe I chose the wrong one :)

So what if I don't have a tilt-shift lens? Doesn't mean I can't tilt-shift with the lens unmounted.

Oh hey, knew I should not have included the tongue-poking smiley. No wonder WWIII hasn't broken out yet.

Okay, how about this then: Anyone who entered a shot using the photoshop method, should self-dq and apologise to the voters for fooling them into thinking actual lenses (on or off) were being used.

I really don't like that we're stretching the Advanced Editing ruleset into Expert Editing territory - the actual description says "use this technique while shooting and processing your entry," which basically excludes the "adding major elements" clause from the Advanced Editing ruleset.
