LOL @ you lot.
Right, from Textures and fitness, we have 1 result.  mpeters beat jasonlprice, and goes through 2-0.
mpeters goes straight into the Quarter-finals against alain.
So we have 3 remaining round 3 matches in progress and 2 quarter-finals in progress. Just to clarify, the Tacks challenge will count for all of these. for basssman7, who's waiting for his quarter-final to begin, it'll just count for averages.
And I'm also declaring andrewt the new  IreneM with his 5th ribbon of the year... |

Brat how's your crayon/colored pencils doing ? From your silence , I suspect you must be doing ok if not great. Mine is doing not too bad but nowhere near the scores in my recent challenge entries. It is below a 6.
Anyway I am in Lighting , Tacks and have something in for nightmare (which I may pullout , depends how I feel tomorrow).

| andrewt, my crayon image is doing OK, it's on the right side of 6. I've got one for Nightmare, and will probably have one for candid. For what it's worth, I suspect my Nightmare image will get hammered, as it doesn't have some of the DPC voter crucial elements, but I tried something new, and I'm in. Cheers! :) |

OK then...
From round 3, brat beat andrewt and takes it to 1-1. (collective "oo" noise)
From the quarter finals, LydiaToo beat JaimeVinas and opens up a 1-0 lead.
Regretfully, imagesbytlp has dropped out, so Judi is in the quarter final.
While I'm sitting here typing, I've been thinking a fair bit about Season 2 of the head-to-head knockout-a-thon. I've got a few ideas for a change in format but I'm keen to hear what other people think. So if you've got any ideas, suggestions, things you'd do differently etc then feel free to PM me. Don't bother PMing me if you think the format is too bloody long as I know that already ;-) If you want to sign up already, PM me as well.
Keep it to PMs for now, so as not to confuse this thread. I'll start up a new thread in a little while once I've got some feedback.

I haven't had much dpc photography going on this past two weeks. And the weather in Houston has been aweful to do any nice outdoor photography. But you earned your wins. Do not feel sorry nor feel like you stole it. you earned it ;)
