I received a request to validate my entry for a current challenge. I sent in the original RAW file, and steps taken in post processing. It has been quite a few days, and my status still says:
"Thank you for submitting your proof file. Your submission is being reviewed by the administrators and is pending further action."
How long does it normally take to validate an entry?????

| I think mine was in for 3 days before I heard back. (that was about a month ago) |

It can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on how busy the SC is. Don't forget, they may be looking at a ton of validations, and they can be lengthy (it's often not unanimous, and they need to discuss differing points of view).

I've had one in just a couple of hours and one that took seven days.
Be patient... they'll get to it. And don't worry about it. It's either legal or it's not and worrying won't change it. :) |
