I hate it when people complain about something that is integral to the subject of the photo, along the lines of "what a great close up on that fire truck, but I don't like the overwhelming red color of the image"

I mean WHAT, its a red fire truck, what were they expecting??????

The number of votes and comments is just stunning! And the view to vote ratio (especially given that my entry is not of a titillating nature). So glad I decided to participate in this one :-)

On the flip side:

Hey Mark - Not picking on you, just happened that your post was the clearest thought on why some are up in arms about the voting record of

angkokweng.

I find it interesting that while some want to call out angkokweng, other's on this site can have an average vote cast as low as 3.5804, yet still be recognized by many here as a 'favorite' photographer.

Over a long period, one in particular stands out with having been fav'd as follows.

I guess it's all in the presentation and what you say that gets one flamed and the other applauded?

Havent read below yet so someone may of pointed this out already, but I REALLY hate to do this to you Ang, but 3.3 is your voting average. Its in your profile for anyone to see. And a voting average of 3.3 over all the challenges you have voted in means you must score very very low most of the time.

Sorry mate, but you've been (as we say in the UK) sussed out.
