Could I get a few opinions please??

I'm going to enter a few photos in the Bloomsburg Fair & have to have each one framed & hung in their Exhibit hall by next Thursday. I'm most likely going to use this one for the black & white entry:

And I'm having troubles deciding on a color entry, the subcategories are: Landscapes, Portraits, Fine Arts, Biological, Inanimate Objects, Sports. Here's a few I've been thinking about, but I can only enter one b&w, one color & one Non-Traditional (which I'm really not sure what the means...)
Any & all opinions appreciated (oh & a few of these might have different crops/borders)!

I thought this might qualify as Non-Traditional since it's an HDR image?

Give us a minute or hour or two. ;o)

On this monitor the B & W doesn't seem to have enough contrast in the shadows.

Of the waterfall shots, the one next to the sunflower I think would be a good entry if you could dodge a bit on the areas that seem blown out.

The stream is the other one that looks pretty good but I think you need to burn in the shadows a bit.

The sunflower is probably a good choice for a country fair. ... and the sunset
