Please help me, my trusty old CRT screen died on me the other day and I got a Samsung 20 inch SynchMaster 2053bw to replace it. Photoshop CS3 does not like it's colour profile, claiming it is defective. If I tell it to use it anyway, colours come out very warm. If I tell it to ignore the profile colours are ok. Either way, there seems to be about a 50-75% chance of CS3 crashing half way through editing a photo. This, naturally, is causing me a great deal of distress and nothing I have found online seems to fix it. Anyone have any solutions that dont involve getting a new monitor?

Found an answer, and thanks to whoever corrected title spelling. I had to run the NVIDIA display optimisation wizard, found in the NVIDIA control panel, sorted it out nicely.

| Thanks for posting the answer, Delta. I'm having a similar problem with the display being too warm on one of my monitors although nothing is crashing on me. I'll check for a display optimization wizard now. :) |

I figured if someone had the same problem and searched the forums like I did then it would be better to have the answer too.
