Ugh - I knew I shouldn't have entered but after driving around for 2 hours and then editing for 2 more, I just HAD to. LOL There are about 10 I really like. Lots of tight crops too. GOOD LUCK ALL

Oh, and for the one comment - may I suggest you calibrate your monitor. :~P

I entered an image that was a little out of the box....it is not very good by any means, but it is better than some I saw when I was going through to vote...I'm sitting at a 3.6!!! If people are voting everyone else the same as they are me...it sure does not show in scores I have seen.

One day I'll stop banging my head up against the "too dark" wall, although on my monitor, it's rich and yummy.

all I can say about this challenge is OUCH! After spending a whole day in the sun, bitten by mosquitoes and having the time of my life with the horses, at least I can say I really enjoyed photographing these horses.

Day 1 voters sure are hard on the nerves! I've lost and gained and lost again over a .5 swing. Now lets hope I gain it again!

After looking at every one I went to bed, and though I noted many top shots, there was one that really really stuck in my memory. Curious to see what the next look through will show.

So I took the dog out for a walk tonight and there were horses everywhere - groups of foals frollicking and chasing each other in the rich warm evening sunshine . . instead of the week of rain we have had upto now . . very nice.

Too late - but very nice :- )

Don't lose heart, Judi. It's just the shockwave effect from the total awesomeness of my entry. It's melting part of your score away, just as a nuclear blast would melt anything nearby.
