Yes, this house is quite warm and bright. It sits on a corner lot
and can be used as a landmark visible for what seems like miles...

Thank you so much Nikolaos and b d ( chromeydome), this could not have come at a better time. I am trying to find my way, my place here at DPC, while not letting it run (ruin?) how and what I shoot. I have largely stepped back as of late (not commenting, not often entering, not viewing), but what your posts show me is that I should, at least, look here, see what I see, and share that with others. So that is what I will (again) start to do.
Oh, and b d, I would gladly display on this image whatever ribbon you deign to give -- even a lightbulb :)
I think I shall give my award for images that tell a story, or that bring a verse or a poem to my mind. Now I just need a name and a ribbon . . .
Thanks again, and also to Don for setting the gold standard for actually seeing.

I am still noodling on my PostLumie award design (thinking now of a chromey scull cap--how to do that is still eluding me), and will be sure to get you one when I can finally produce something. |
