My score after 32 votes is 5.89
I haven't had a chance to vote yet but I glanced thru the thumbnails and I think there are some very creative expressions of artistic blur. . .I'm disappointed tho that judging by this thread, the voters don't seem to be appreciating this type of photography very much :(
When I start voting -- at least a bunch of the photos' scores will go UP, because I see some GOOD ONES! :)

it was surprisingly hard to take a blurry shot with my 17-40L, I figured it would have been a cake walk esp after drowning it, taking it completely apart then back together, but nooooo the fricken thing had to keep some elements in focus. stupid L glass LOL

Looks like some have the same feeling you mentioned in the related 'Blurry' voting thread (except perhaps the opposite POV?)

It had gone as high as 4.9 and I got all excited about maybe breaking the 5 barrier with this image.
