Will you bleeding stop already!! I am buried in the white stuff and still shoveling, and really really done with it, okay. If you want any more then bring a shovel to my place.
Edit: See how the trembles made me miss sprell the title :-)

It's almost cold enough that I should bring some of my potted plants inside. ;) |

While here on the sunny side of the planet, we in Perth Western Australia are expecting 38 degrees C for Christmas Day. How wonderful.

Stinking hot alright. Did gardening today and got sunburned for the effort. Snow, what I would do for even a little bit of the white stuff. |

YOU ALL MAKE ME SICK!
I am lucky if I see a single centimeter of snow each year here in the UK, which is a bummer, cos I love the stuff!
Good job in a way though as the local authority is USELESS and everything comes to a standstill! |

What the heck is that "snow" stuff you're all talking about? I'm waiting to shoot some nice winter pics since I got my first Digital camera :(

I agree, an imediate ban on certain xmas songs has been issued in our house. No one is allowed to sing Let it Snow, I'm Dreaming of a White Xmas and Winter Wonderland. We have at least a foot of the crap on the ground. Has been melting steady for 2 days but we are supposed to get more this weekend. Arghhhhhhh I have already cleared our driveway more times this year then I did total 2 winters ago and it is just now the first day of winter. Going to be a long season. |

Hey Bugzeye...I live in Wisconsin too. I feel your pain. Though, the last 3 years maybe I've complained that it was Christmas and we didn't have a trace of stuff on the ground yet. I do like snow, unless I'm driving in it. I'm hoping the rain on Saturday and snow on Sunday doesn't cause all kinds of problems with streets and driveways becoming large skating rinks! |

Don't rub it in.... I moved away from Oz in my late 20's and miss it... bad enough I have to listen to my brothers :-(
New one for me... water thru the roof in the bathroom this morning... Ice damns apparantly :-(( That will consume some time this morning :-( and has a chance of resulting in death by falling off the roof :-( Let me grab the camera first so you have something if I fall :-)

Damn... Hadn't thought that I might break the camera or worst a lens - I am looking for a reason to upgrade to a 5D, so maybe I can throw on that kit lens I have somewhere and get rid of it and have a reason for an upgrade.... assuming I survive. :-o/ Hope your arm works again but good thing you didn't hurt the camera :-)

Having lived here for a while, I know exactly why the north won.... The south came to their senses and realised there is no point winning cause they might have to live here and so just gave up :-)

They needed thermal underwear to travel north of the Mason Dixon Line. We yankees on the other hand learned to aim straight while shivering. ;) |
