I think we're starting to get post/comment overload now. But we're almost halfway there so let's keep up the enthusiasm on posting and especially commenting!

I have no new shots. The camera battery is charged and all my lenses are tucked safely in the camera bag so I can take in on board the airplane. Going to visit my sister for 4 days in LA so maybe I'll get some cool shots there.

I tried desperately to get a shot of the beautiful sunset but traffic was horrific. So in desperation I grabbed this leaf and a platter and shot it inside right next to the computer.

Here's my slice of life for today. Bought some sheer black ribbon to make bows for some of my lanterns. Made the bows and did some Halloween decorating tonight. Photographed a bow and converted it to B&W.

Day 10 - Their Here! Woot...
It just so happens that work is directly in the flight path (several miles away from but at the end of the runway) of the Miramar Marine Corps Air Station (the one featured in the movie Top Gun). During the airshows and practice the planes bank right over the building. In the past we had the Blue Angels, this year for the first time we get the Thunderbirds. This afternoon the Thunderbirds arrived.
Not a lot of post-p here prolly too much clarify, I'm saving myself for the pics I bring back from the show. |

Since I did'nt post anything yesterday I get to ppst 2 today :) BTW one of my frustrations yesterday was trying to get the photos in a trypitch a decent size. Can anyone help me with that?
