I actually don't go down into my garden as much as I like to, as from the back verandah of our house, which overlooks the garden.
I have 14 steps to walk down, and I am not good with steps. Also it is a steep sloping block, not huge, but compact with tropical plants and uneven surfaces. We have put in a dry creek bed, with river stones meandering in between the plants and tree ferns we planted three and half years ago.
We now have a canopy to walk under, that is, if you only four feet tall like us, as our family have to brush away the leaves and fronds to get under the tall tropical canopy.
Also due to the tropical sun, I don't go down into my garden, until after four pm, as the light is much better and to avoid the tropical heat.

hi everyone ..
i took this photograph today at the mall and instantly thought of 'blur - part deux' ..
sorry i havent made many comments on the awesome photographs in this thread but we've been very busy doing an extension and greg and his four kids moved in last weekend .. :):)
this photograph was inspired by nick  nixter ..

i've been looking thru some of the incredible images in this thread and making some comments since i posted the mall shot ...
i took these photographs a few days ago and i thought i'd posted them in here coz they qualify as blur but i cant find them in the thread ... if you've seen them before please forgive me !!!!!!!!

I am preparing to go to Va for the weekend, and drive a vehicle back, so not much time right now to comment. I hope to catch up when I return. Thanks everyone for the generous comments on my images while we were having this side challenge. It's been a lot of fun, and a learning experience. I like to think that somehow, our "blurridis" has infected a good group of the DPC'ers. It seems to be a much more popular challenge title lately.
