I love the way that is set up.

I did find a problem though. I was veiwing a challenge (without a net) and I saw an image in the bottom box (from there portfolio). When I clicked on the image it said it was in the voting stage and gave me a link to it. It gets rid of not knowing who took the shot you are voting on.

I am not sure if this was planned but I don't think it should be that way.

Great addition to the site.
Out of curiosity, was this addition the result of a users (or multiple users) suggestions?

Yes, it was. And now I can throw away my sign. ...or just repaint it with another website demand suggestion.

Way to go, Langdon - better implementation than I would have hoped for.

You know, upside down it looks like you don't know how to write "E"s. What's with the rectangular pizza box anyway?

That was a fast fix.

I am going to get lost in those pages now. Its neat to be able to browse that fast.

Very cool; it adds so much to an already awesome place to be. Thanks Langdon!!

Very nice! Even better than just a standard "next" button that we've all been asking for. Great job.

I like DPC Mods implementation better.

Good....for the rest of us not running Firefox Mozilla-Cheeky monkey or whatever, this will do quite nicely!

Thanks, Langdon!

It's odd. I tried to browse Doc Achoo's challenge entries after he showed up browsing a recent challenge, and his entries stopped displaying after the 5th one: said this user has no more challenge images... which we know cannot be right...

You didn't start with this one did you?

As far as I can tell, the buttons go through your challenges as they are posted in your portfolio, not as you shot them. If you go to my portfolio and into "Challenge Entries", that one would be fifth from the bottom. Don't know if that's the answer.

It should probably cycle back to the beginning then ... there's also no way to go to "first" and "last" entries in any grouping.

I think it would help if the thumb images on the left didn't resize also, so, if they were a static square crop of the original just for continuity's sake, it just decreases the amount you have to move around to click to the next image and make sure that it's always in the same spot.

This is particularly true when looking through images that have challenge entries as well as portfolio. Depending on the next/last entries orientation, the placement of the objects gets moved around.

When browsing challenge images, you should click towards the top of the thumbs. They are anchored towards the top and won't shift from there. When browsing portfolio images, you should collapse the challenge box (which will remain collapsed) and click towards the top of the portfolio thumbs.

Can you write me some face recognition cropping algorithm? Otherwise, this could potentially come out looking like this!
