So who's gonna be the brave soul that goes over to Webshots and outs Heavenbound as Faye? I'm voting for Art Roflmao. He could give them some cool shots of Faye escaping a burning village and re-emerging as Alice. :)

If those in the US would just register their images, you would find that most of these web sites would respond a whole lot faster. Just saying "remove my copyrighted images" just doesn't put the same sense of fear into them as saying "remove my registered copyrighted images. Most of these places know that if the images aren't registered, 99.99% of the time, nobody will follow through and sue them. Most people just can't afford to. So they have no real incentive to do the right thing right away or at all.

Shoot, it almost makes me want to enter and win some challenges just so I can have my images ripped off on here so I can show you why having your images registered really pays off. Almost. ;D

Seriously, for those that find they get ripped off so much (and it does seem to be a lot of the same names) if your images are worth people claiming them as their own, they are worth getting them registered (although everyone should be getting their images registered just because you can).

Mine is still up at PhotoCamel. Dammit, why does she only seem to post my stuff on the websites that are unresponsive!?

I use to be a moderator on PhotoCamel. The owner, Jay, use to be fairly responsive but became less so later on... which is one reason why I left. The owner e-mail use to be jay@jdart.com and you can try sending a e-mail there or admin@photocamel.com. One of those might get a response... but then again, they might all still be in the back room where all their really kinky photos are displayed.

It's not free here in the US, but it only costs $45 and you can put as many images as will fit on a CD for that price. I don't know what the cost is there in Australia but I've heard people talk about your laws down there. And Australia is a signee on the Berne Agreement, the international copyright agreement. Also, anyone can register their images in the US as well, not just US citizens. The advantage to this is that if someone in the US infringes on you, it's easier to go after them as you can sue them in US court. I'm not sure how it all works, but what I've read, a lot of non-US citizens register their work in the US for that reason.

Nice. I already submitted using the "contact us" form yesterday and the owner email I found on a WHOIS search earlier this evening, which was jayd@csi.com. I'll try the other two tomorrow.

I don't know if Care2.com was mentioned before, but it looks like Faye has another small album there as well... mostly flowers with water droplets.

I have a feeling this person isn't Faye at all...How many 67 (at least, probably closer to 80) year old women do you know that peruse the internet and steal photos to claim as their own?

PhotoCamel took mine down overnight. Jay clearly was irritated to be bothered about it ("we took it down, now go take it up with the person who stole it"), but the admin who responded from the form (someone calling himself Mr. Pickles) was considerably more professional. Pickles claims they've banned her now, but her galleries are still visible, including the "marco" gallery with Ursula's pic.

She claims to be 61, although that could be a lie, too.

Here is her MySpace profile. I can't keep track of all the links, so forgive me if this one has already been posted. I find it ironic that she claims to be a Christian and even belongs to a bunch of Christian groups. Really sad.

If this is the work of an imposter; they have a LOT of time on their hands; and the real Faye deserves to be notified. However, I'm convinced it really is her.

I went over 13 pages deep in Google still finding sites she belongs to.

Yes, I think it is Faye because it's easier, when joining that many sites, to use the facts rather than try to remember the lies. I don't think she ever imagined getting caught out, so there was no reason to lie at first.

maybe she has alzeheimer's? Why would a sane person keep doing this when they know they have been busted? Have any new photos been added to the sites she is/was a member of? Since she "passed away", that is.

I was thinking something along these lines, Mental Illness or Substance Abuse. She leaves strange spelling errors and TypOs that look like she's in a big hurry or is somehow impaired.

I got a very nice e-mail from the guy at Photozo. I'm glad there are people out there who take this seriously.

I don't know too many Christians that don't have issues in their lives just as I don't know too many people that don't have issues...
