Entered this in Urban Landscapes against my better judgement. (I was right!). I'm interested to see how it fares in a side challenge dedicated to the concept. :)

I know I'm doing some pretty random posting but this week has been horrible for me, first the car wreck, then my daughter to immediate care for bad headaches .. now my son had his sports physical and I have to take him to a surgeon tomorrow for an Inguinal Hernia .. this has not been my best week of the year for sure! Here is another shot from the fair.

 Everything today was too sharp, so I had to go back to find a good blur. I knew that the background would blur and not detract from the subject when I shot this, as the trees were about 1/2 mile away. It isn't all that great, but I like it because it reminds me of the special morning.
edit after seeing  Here's a trick for long exposures.
Two polarizers can be stacked and used for a variable neutral density filter from ND -4 to near infinity dark.
