92 Entries with 10 hours left... My shoot at the top 100 is looking pretty good :)

| with the varying amount of entries each week, figuring out where you stand in the list percentage wise, IE: top 10% etc... , may be a way to rate ones self on placement in the competition... the good thing is that it won't take much for me to improve, as I seem to be in the lower percentile of the rankings each week... ;o) |

I reckon there will be about 140 entries... altho this is the kinda topic where last minute shots might not be possible.

I think after 17 challenges straight, i will be sitting this one out. I know i'll be going crazy all week, without having an entry, i just don't have time to get a good photojournalism picture. I hope this coming weeks challenge will be something that i can accomplish at home.

I know what you mean shutterfly, I've missed two now and the week goes slow without a score to look at. I missed technology and thought I would miss this one too. But now I have an entry for photo journalism. I'm pretty sure won't do well. For once I really don't care, because I know the story behind it. It meets the challenge perfectly, but sometimes it can't be 'pretty' enough for the folks here.

I was going to take a break, but I decided to submit a photo even though I know I'm going to get hammered ... lack of originality, too cute, relevance to subject, etc. Nice shot, but I'm predicting at least 40 comments. Predicted score 4.3. It's going to be fun going in with such low expectations. I'm tired of scoring 6 and up ... yeah right! Just didn't have any creative juices flowing this week. :)

The tech challenge is the first where all the comments i recieved were positive. One guy/gal even said he/she'd give me 20 if they could :)
I'm hoping that my photojournalism picture will do well.. it should get a score of around 6.5 I think.... |

I'm expecting 39 of those 40 comments to be negative. Good luck in your challenges. They sound like great pics.

Just 135 entries with 90 minutes to go. This will be the lowest collection of images since I joined, I am sure. Plenty of time for comments and votes this week.

So what I'm trying to work out is if the term 'woodless willie' is
quite so dodgy in Canada and the US as it is in the UK :)

| yeah I kind of realized the title suggested things much naughtier than I intended... However when I realized it... it was already too late :P Hope it didn't offend anyone! got some pretty cute comments though :) |
