edit: BTW - did you notice that your lowest percentage scoring shot is on the front page as a featured photo?

Mine isn't my lowest percentage... but it is my lowest percentage without a comment.

It's been mentioned a few dozen times in various forums. ;)
Seems to be your second-lowest score, btw, not lowest percentage.

Funny, when I log out it shows better rated photos in the featured section including DeSousa's ribbon winning shot, "Love is... Flying into your arms".

i thought the average votes recieved on my profile page didnt change until the voting finished?? .. can someone tell me if the average ticks over while the voting's going on .. coz i've never noticed ... i'm trying to build that average and if this score is gonna affect it then i'll self dq, otherwise i dont care ..

Yes, it's still a joke score.
Yes, a few weeks ago your average score in your profile started being real-time. It's updated every time someone votes.
But I wouldn't believe anything until tomorrow.

| I will be very glad when yesterday is finished over there so we can get back to normal. I just hope the dnmc comment gets changed or removed along with it's score. |

Mine has changed already. Poster states he/she is having to go back through 500+ entries to change the vote. |

You all don't understand; the challenge was to photograph a small, semi-private room which can be used without payment of rent, or a private university which charges no tuition or fees. How many of the photos are of those? ; )

Ok...I get the April Fool's joke...big laugh...ha ha ha... But, is this affecting the other challenges as well? My image in a different challenge (not free study) has been dropping like a rock all day? It was up over 7 yesterday...and now it's down to 6.2? Is this possible? Just wondering, this is my first challenge...I thought it might be too good to be true...

OK- I was upset at first too. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to see how I really stand. I do not have a 3.5 photo. Maybe on the present scoring system, one is considered good and ten bad. I wonder if people are actually voting that way.

I think that the formula that the site is using today only is 10-actual score...
Looking forward to seeing my true score tonight.
(And the dnmc 1 comment will magically dissapear, I hope) |

I sure hope not, otherwise my shot is doing poorly. It has been suggested that it's displayed score +2. That makes sense with the 1st few votes I received before The Evil Ones started this. |

I am still recovering from yesterdays Sydney GTG, and feel completely at a loss to the scores for Marches Free Study.
Gee, I wish the 1st of April would end soon and that we all get back to doing what we do best.
I am not voting and commenting on the Free Study until it gets all sorted out, and quite out of sorts about whats going on here.
OK it may be a joke, but gee it a long one, as it has been going on now for such a long time here in Australia, as we so far ahead of you here, re the time factor.
I can't wait until 2pm here as that will be midnight there in America..... and hopefully all things revealed.
