Browsing through Snops for ideas this afternoon, I read about the kidnapping by disguising the child before taking them out of a public place. The article tried to debunk this by saying how timeconsumming and unlikely this would be. CSI-Miami just demonstrated and added to that urban myth. double ugg. |

CSI also supported the urban legend about the scuba diver being found in a tree after a forest fire. |

Except actually debunked the myth in the process by going away from the idea of the diver being scooped up by fire crews and showing the body being dumped. |

I thought the scuba diver was actually propelled up into the tree from his tank or something after he has left by his killer. It was a while ago but I thought it was something like that.
