By car 2.5 to 3 hours I think.
If you think about driving from Frankfurt with a rental car it can also be interesting to look for prices to/from Amsterdam-Schiphol (NL). The drive from Amsterdam-Schiphol to Muenster is also 2.5 hours.

Hamburg-Muenster by car is 2.5 hours.

By train:

Deutche Bahn / German Railway company

Frankfurt to Muenster on for example June 28 2007 offers rides almost every half hour with travel times varying from 3:10 to 4:35 hours. The price can vary from 58.00 to 94.00 euro depending on the trains you will be travelling with. Price is one-way.

The trip from Hamburg is a lot shorter, only 2:15 hours. Costs app 50 euro.

There is also a good connection from Amsterdam-Schiphol, between 3:15 and 4 hours. Price unknown.

I post all the other options too, because others who are interested might find it useful. Not that I only found out about 30s ago that you are from Germany. :)

LOL!! Not quite - I currently am the proud owner of a Ford Ranger pickup truck. Though by summer, I may have something smaller and a wee bit faster, but most probably not a Porsche. :-)

You don't want to know how much Photoshop work it took to get him to look properly last time. :)

The workshop will most probably take place in the Kaiserhof Hotel in Münster which has some amazing seminar rooms. It is very central and directly across from the main train station in Münster. I'll be blocking a number of rooms so that participants can also stay in the same hotel. I am still haggling on the prices though.

There will be 8 or 9 models and two makeup artists/stylists and 4 speakers.

More exact details and price information will be available at the beginning of January when we will also start taking names of those who will definitely be coming. There will be a limit of 40 participants for the workshop.

That could be arranged. Problem is I probably won't know until May where I'm going to be.

I'm in the process of growing my money tree but it's slow going. Imma try real hard to try to make this happen this year. Chances are slim, but I can dream.
