So far we are looking at the the last two weeks of June for this GTG/workshop. We will know for certain in the next few weeks of the exact dates. From the feedback we've gotten back so far it looks like we will have a good 50+ people coming over, it looks like it will be a big one this time. We'll post more infos soon, keep watching this thread :)

Please don't make it clash with the Dutch TT MotoGP dates (third saturday in June I believe)...

Hang on a sec! Put a rope around your neck, look as though someone is leading you out of frame and - eh! voila! - an amazing picture.

Damn! Nasti has done this already!

Sigh...

The dates for the Europe GTG/Workshop 2007 have been finalized. It will take place on the weekend of 30 June and 1 July.

It is still early days now and I have no idea about prices or what schedule we'll be going with. I also am not sure of the participant limit we'll be setting for the workshop, but I will start taking names of those who are definite at this stage that they will be taking part. Send a mail to kiwiness@t-online.de if you will be taking part. CheerZ!

Gary

PS: Here is a link to a collection of photos taken at this year's workshop and GTG.

The location will be the same as it was this year, Münster, Germany.

Did I miss it? or, did someone from Canada or U.S. post an estimate of how much it cost them to go last time?

and this is still happening, right?

Thanks

Organisation for the 2007 Europe Workshop and GTG (June 30 to July 01) is full in progress. Anastasia, Azrifel, and myself are in the planning phase and are putting together an event which will top the 2006 event in every way. We have planned a workshop covering studio lighting, low key nude photography, portrait and fashion photography as well as post processing techniques.

Participating in the workshop will be 6 models, 2 makeup artists/stylists and 4 speakers on the various topics.

Registration will begin in January when we post the exact details of the event. If you are interested then please keep an eye on this thread.

Just out of curiosity ... what the heck is going on with google maps!

Will the GTG be in the hi-res half of the city or the low-res half? ; )
And is it really as dreary-brown as the satellite imagery suggests?!

Just call it a Ribbon party :P

Sadly if it's the June 30/July 1 weekend I won't be attending. I was hoping to be able to swing through Nottuln on the way to or from another trip i'm taking, but the dates don't coincide...I'll miss y'all by about a month :(

and to think - my best work evah will go unrealized. i feel so unfulfilled.

No experience in any of the activities scheduled, but I'd like to attend, too. I'll send you an email, Gary. Pedro, you'll simply have to change your schedule, that's all there is to it!

Unfortunately it seems those dates are out for me as well (same reason as Pedro mentioned) :( which absolutely sux... I was looking forward to the adventures of part two... *sighs*

Hey Amanda,

We flew Air Transat out of Toronto last year, I'd check out their website and keep your eyes open for sales... they get some good return seat sales in and out of Germany. We Flew to Hamburg then took a train over to Munster.. but they also fly to Frankfurt and the train option again is there for you... :) I highly recommend going.. pretty amazing people and experience :)

That's Munster, the wrong town.
You need to look for Münster or Muenster (the same).

The right Google Map for Muenster

How long does it take to get there by train from Frankfurt? By car?
