You mean you were 6 years old when Kurt Cobain was murdered, don't you?

Also, your profile says you're 20, but he died in '94. So, you would have been either 7 or 8, right? Hehe, not that it matters since even at that age you wouldn't have been going to any Nirvana shows.

The first time I saw Genesis was in Pasaic New Jersey and it was on the Selling England By The Pound tour. The concert was absolutely fantastic. Before the concert we were in a diner eating and in walks Peter Gabriel and his wife at the time. Nervously I approached him and got his autograph - "All he lest is cheesecake and tea." I just found it along with the ticket stub as I was packing up stuff in the house. |

		The first concert I remember:
Rick Springfield with Corey Hart. I was about 9 years old.

I went to at least 5 to 6 shows a summer until I was 18 because I lived near SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) and they run concerts all summer. It was just what you did :-) I\'ve never stopped going to shows no matter where I was living. I can\'t even begin to imagine how many shows I have been to - it must be near 100. And of every genre. I\'m a concert junkie!

 Highlights:
 Eric Clapton at SPAC - 2nd row - I cried ;-)
Then again seeing him in Barcelona - 10th row!
Crosby, Stills & Nash - with Neil Young!! (lucky!)
Pink Floyd in Syracuse - dream come true.
Jamiroquai in Nagoya, Japan - he talked to me! :-)

Most recent show (besides local stuff)=
All-American Rejects with Fallout Boy in Albany (my bro was security for it & got me in free ;-)

Next shows I have tickets for:
Eric Clapton in Osaka & in Tokyo! yay!

I actually now moonlight as a band manager here and arrange gigs locally. I love it! |
