Some of you will remember this shot:
That was Ellijah. I first photographed him and his family last year when he was 6 weeks old.
Today, I got to do Ellijah's 1-year-old shoot. I can't believe how much he's grown. Still an absolute cutie!! All of these were taken with early morning sunlight and a flash with LightSphere. What 'cha think?

Good work!
My fave in the lot. I really like the dappled sunlight.
I guess you got your images into your computer OK?

Thanks, David! Yeah, I managed a work-around. I think I've figured out what's causing the error - now I'm going to have to buy another external HD to dump all my stuffs onto, and just reload everything back to new.

Very nice shots! It's neat to see how he's grown from a 6 week old. I hope they continue to have you take shots of him so we can all watch him grow!
Thanks for sharing! |

He's a cute little dumpling.
The two with the vibrant colors look best on my monitor. |

I'm sure the parents were glad to have called you back, you captured some lovely poses and expressions.
I prefer the full color photos, IMO the partial desat seems to give his skin a somewhat sick looking shade. |

Thanks, guys. I actually prefer the sepia ones (none of those shown here), but the mother specifically asked for some "soft saturation" (her term). She'll have more than 50 images to choose from and can get any of them in Full saturation, partial saturation, sepia or b/w. Last year she chose all full color.
I hope these guys do keep calling me to shoot Ellijah again and again. I too would love to watch him grow up through photographs.
