Can anyone confirm that this is a wolf spider and not a nursery spider? I do not have any other angles unfortunately :(

I believe it is a wolf spider. Here is one that I took in my backyard. No where near as clear as yours, but hope it helps.

Very fast. I moved an old pool liner in my yard and 10 of them little suckers came running out. Needless to say, I didn't stand to close to em. (big scaredy cat):)

Not sure on either. Can't see the back very well to tell. It is sure lght colored to most Wolf spiders I have seen.

uggg I got the goose bumps raised and chills running down my spine...
Thank heavens they are in the picture on my screen....
Nice pics of the spiders....

Since this is the subject, I hope ya'll don't mind if I ask what kind this one is..?

Aha! I believe this is not a spider at all, but a wheel bug that has not yet developed a big "wheel" on its back.
