I may be slightly premature in posting this, but I'd like to be the first to congratulate the winner of the new "Your Corner of the World" challenge, entitled "Greetings from Hickory, NC" :)

I should probably add that I'm only poking some light-natured fun at Mr. Setzler here... I have tremendous respect for his work, and I look forward to seeing his submission each week. It almost seems like we should have a separate category for his submissions ("jmsetzler" and "everyone else"). Hats off to a guy who not only kicks butt here most every week, but he does it in an unassuming way and has exemplified the true spirit of this site in the sense of lending a hand to help everyone else improve their skills.
I thought I'd better add this diddy to be sure this comment wasn't interpreted as disrespectful... |

I can't believe that Setzler was able to pull that level of feeling and emotion from his B & W photo. You could really tell how he feels about Hickory NC. We are only lucky that he was willing to share it with us!
