Time for more model shots.
I managed to get around to procesing some more of my shots. My post processing is not up to the standards of some of the others here, but I hope you enjoy them anyway.
Edit, Replaced one of the images of Pia as my signature was in the wrong place

Great shots here, friends.
Congrats on your top five, Joey.
I participated in lines (with a shot not so good) with a photo taken in Dortmunt on our way to Münster:
And finally I am beginnign to pp the photos of the GTG. Here you have the first 4, 2 from Dortmund and another 2 from a bird in Münster just before we meet. Hope you like any of them.
I'll post some more in the next days, I'm on holydays till today, so I will process...
Ãlex.

As mentioned earlier, on Sunday morning a few of us got together and shared the costs of hiring a model (Ninette) for a couple of hours shootong. I knew her from an earlier shoot I did in Munich.
Unfortunately the hotel rooms were so small & err Ugly, that it was difficult to get good images.
Here are a couple of mine.
These next two are completely over exposed by mistake as I had set my camera to 800 ISO and took a few shots thinking it was at 100. I was going to delete them, but actually like the results. Makes isolating the background easy.
Edit: Oops, wrong image numbers

Well, the workshop taught me a lot about a lot of things - and reminded me how much I enjoy Pernod! Having thought about some of the things I decided it was time to get my photography act together and start to take pictures that I wanted to take, as opposed to just focusing on the challenges (sad but true).
To this end I have set up a smugmug site where I am in the process of uploading images from the workshop as well as other "stuff" I have done or am in the process of doing. If you need some light relief you can find it here although be warned that it is very much a work in progress!
Frankly, I blame you lot for making me realise that I actually enjoy my photography as well as inspiring me to go further. I should hate you for this belated realisation that I now have to progress but - hey - this is fun and I cannot hate anyone for bringing that back! |

Hey Peter (aKiwi).
I like your overexposed photos best, too! Nice use of high-key, even if accidental (after all, best photos are always accidental to a degree).
I haven't even started to process any of my shots of Ninette (my preliminary scan did not reveal any "gems" :), so I kinda put it on a back burner).

Hi all. It's a pain to post photos after Joey's, but I will take the risk...
Here two colourful shots:
And three B&W:
Any coments, please?

Alex - really like the B&W photos as they are after my own perceptions. Peaceful Munster is probably my favourite of the three. |

Phffwww!
My camera does not work anymore! The Blinking Green Light of Death has struck my camera. Fortunately, it is after the GTG...
Now waiting for the camera to return from the repair department of INCA (Nikon distributor).
