its still slipping. Oh well, thats what I get for last minute submission. I was planning on doing lenscap all week because of the new USM lens I got Friday, but changed last minute, actually about 11:00 on Tuesday night.

Alright, I held off hoping not to jinx myself, but WTF. I was at 6.8something, heading toward my first 7 (HA), just 35 votes ago. Now, approaching vote 200, I have taken a HUGE nose dive to 6.3869. I keep getting great comments, and my score keeps falling. Some days its just funny.

This challenge has had some huge dives in it for me to. Was cruising on 6.4 around 100 votes then dropped to 5.9 at 150 votes now climbing to 6.2 at 200 votes

This is by far the craziest scoring I have ever seen. Maybe I just haven't been drinking enough lately, or maybe everyone else has been too much. What do ya do?

Thats sounding pretty good there. Any hints as to that score there?

Edit - NM - just didnt read far enough back (which wasnt very far back at all - I need to go back to bed)

No you didn't. If you photographed it for you, you wouldn't have entered it in a photo contest and asked everybody else's opinion. By definition, if you entered the photo in the DP Challenge, you were asking what OTHER people think of it.

If you photographed it just for yourself, all you need do is print it and hang it on your wall.

I think I've been pretty lucky. My image has been pretty much treading water all week with the occassional bump upwards.

So my wife won't post her scores here. She works full time and doesnt want to get sucked into another venue to waste more time than she already has on this website (I say that in a purely loving fashion regarding this site). So I have been monitoring certain threads for her. The update button has been her addiction this week more so than any other week. She wants rollover to come so badly just so the wait and agony can finally end. All else that I can say is I think we have a winner here.
