I snapped this picture of my son today while he was sitting in a tree, reading a book. I thought it was a neat little scene. I know the hightlights are blown in areas, but oh well. Which crop do you think works best?


A different view, toned to make it look a little more "vintage."

My faves. The first is a nice portrait, the second has a neat "Huck Finn" kind of feel to it. Both very nice.

I agree with Louis. I like the intimacy of the clsoer crop. I think it will do weel with a Sepia treatment as well

I prefer # 1. But I do love the last one too.

I like the first one. You still get the 'in the tree' feel, with most of the focus on his face.
