I have worked on this image till I am ready to beat my head on my keyboard. This is a picture of my daughter at a princess party. Crappy image to start with. Can anyone help? I would love to hang this on the wall.

if you send me the original I can try to fix it
dansig@dansig.net
I'll send it right back, shouldn't take more than an hour to fix.

I had a go but it's pretty hard just working on a small image.

She's a cutie! Every little girl needs a princess portrait. :-)

Thanks! Still in the learning mode, and these type of things give me such good experience!
Isn't it interesting...the different outcomes, seen thru different eyes. Makes me more so realize the differentiation in "different" people's voting.

Thank you all so very much. Beautiful work! I was just so frustrated trying and I wanted this picture very badly. I could just hug all of you.

There is a story to this photo. I had been home from the tax man (don't ask its scarry) maybe a half hour when my mother, who runs a daycare, called for photos. I ran in a rush, tried to throw together something for a background which moved when the kids moved. Set up my lighting, which was promptly kicked over (broken) by a child whos parent was letting her run wild. Almost every child I got finally posed and still the parent started talking to it and it moved. I love photographing children but after that day, I am not sure I will ever do it again LOL. The children were great prior to parents arriving but turned into nightmares. Almost every photo from this is crappy. Worst experience with children ever, and I do photos for daycares all the time and love it ( I do free work for low income families) They tend to be more forgiving as I learn then someone who has pay. (not all the time tho) Theres my story of all the crappy pictures.
Edit BTW when I finish trying to fix all these, I will put them in a folder in portfoilo and all are welcome to pick them apart ( you are all such great (and appreciated) teachers.
