Nope, you've got it! I put a lot of thought into mine, and actually went somewhere I wouldn't normally go (especially not all by myself) and got lots and lots of shots. Found one that was just what I was looking for. But sadly, I've just barely squeaked over a 5 at this point. So unless you've gone and done something horribly wrong to get DQ'd, I'll just offer my congrats now and cheer you on in the next round! What the heck, I'll cheer you on in this round too! |

Am off to bed, dejected as I've dropped 2 tenths tonight but still have that ray of hope that the mighty Larus might fall at the first hurdle ;)

Umm, yeah. Well. Seems I suck at trash talking as much as I suck at pleasing DPC voters.
Lemme see.... hmmm. Nope. Can't come up with a thing! Best I can do is I really liked your "Coming of Age" entry in Color Portrait and thought it significantly underrated.
Sigh. I think I'll take up knitting... 'cept knowing me, I'd stab myself with the needles. Maybe I'll learn to watch television... now there's a thought! |

Knowing I'm a full half point behind dahkota and most likely getting booted out of the first round, the only thing that'll really cheer me up is Larus joining me on the bench :)
ps ... I'll most likely still enter Environmental Portrait, Larus, just to show you my color studio portrait placing over you wasn't a fluke.

Yup, I am heading towards your current highscore so I think you´d better have a new one if you are going to beat me this round. Still early though, only have 113 votes so it could come crashing down, fast and loud.

Well, this could well be closer than peeps think! I had a new highest score (briefly) yesterday before plumetting towards your average lol.

Yes, there have been very few 'hints' from peeps, scores in this challenge seem to be being kept close to peoples chests. I had a peek in the 'official' thread and there don't seem to be many high scores posted, does anyone else think this might be a low scoring challenge? if so I'm happy.
So, your admitting to dreaming about Anastasia Bear? that should get the thread moving along nicely ;)

Mark & I have been trading our scores via PM but if you all want to know about my lousy score, it's been sitting roughly at a 6.25 since Monday.
....So it's really not so lousy for me! :0P |

I won't say by how much but I'm above my average if that helps. Unlike you I have no favs though :(

I have gone from 5.8 to 6.31 in just the last few days.
This is gonna be so close.
I can almost taste victory :)
