		| | VERY NICE - My wife got a NEW Celine Dion CD today - Will try it on her CD tomorrow - Will post the results the moment I get out of ICU after the wife explained to me why I shouldn't have used her new CD.

		| | You only need to put it in for about 5-seconds, any more than that and you might pulverize it. I used to work for a CD replication company and for a short time, before we got the shredder, we used this method to disable the CDs before discarding them. |

This might be a joke, but a student in SA was send to jail for doing exactly this. Couple of years back I read about an old lady that wanted to dry her Poodle in the Microwave. Outcome Microwave 1; Poodle 0

		| | Oooopppps I guess I should have read this closer ..... I thought CD meant "C"ats and "D"ogs ...

Pretty hard to keep them 1 inch off the bottom for the best show.

Will the cold of the freezer fix the heat up issues?

		| | I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have the same effect....but I wonder what would happen if you baked one in the oven instead??
 Has anyone tried this?

 What...a cat or a CD???

When I went through college the stupid males decided to spin dry the house cat in the big dryer....the cat survived...the boys didn't.

I only put it in for 5 seconds....it sparked a bit and after I did it my BF told me I could have ruined the microwave if I had left it in longer!
