I think that once you get the relationship set up with the printers and give us all the option of selling our prints online, etc. that it would be awesome to have calendars available for sale for each challenge, with the top 12 entries. I don't know if its feasable, but I always thought that the idea of a challenge on a topic would make for a good caledar (at least for some of them) and would be quite marketable. Just an idea. I look forward to all the additions your adding, now and in the future.

right on! These are all good ideas! Us proud members can pick and choose our favorites and the top winners in specific challenges can go bulk to calendar stores! lol. Seriously though, I'd buy some.

Great Idea. I would buy one or maybe even more. Would be nice to be able to choose how many months you want in your calendar. But either way 12, 15 or more months, I think it's a great idea.

If we do calendars, can we add say 12 special dates that can be personalised onto the calendar - I'd love this feature - never forget birthday's anniversaries etc, have it printed right there on the calendar...

We've already explored this idea, and unfortunately, the cost of these calendars seemed too high.

At Future Shop, you can get a calendar made with 12 of your own shots for about 30 bucks.

That's fairly close to what we were looking at for the calendar itself, which already seems about twice as much as I'd like to pay for a calendar. Then you have to remember that we need to add the photographers' payment on top of that.

$30.00?! That is to high. I have a hard time buying a calender for over $5.00. There has to be some other way.

The problem is you want/need 12 letter sized, full colour prints, never mind the spiral binding/ calendar printing. So they work out costing about $3 per page.

There are other ways to make a calendar though, not as attractive, but still... You could have a smaller print in the centre of the page and the dates around it. Things like that.
