I too have 3 entries on my home page. Current score for all is ~5.5, ~5.9, and ~6 - and the shadow is the poorest one of them all, doing great: >6.0!?

But that's just my opinion, voters obviously think otherwise.

I voted on all, only one 10 in the first pass, 21 9s, 8s, and 7s. Will make another round, leave some comments, and bump the bump-worthy. Except that one blue ribbon winner.

Strangely, if the voting continues at this pace, I'll have more votes/views/comments on this one than on the free study one.

(sure enough, I voted on all images here, and only on 156/623 in the study...)

I will say the challenge said "your" shadow. I shot mine. Those that obviously didn't - will score slightly less.

I shot my shadow and my roomates....but they are seemless as one and there is no way to tell they both aren't mine:P

Gotcha. Bwaaaa haaaa haaaaa..... And for those wondering, no, I wasn't trying for the brown. It's definitely not a great picture, but it is a shadow and I did try to be creative. No where in the challenge in the description did it say it had to be good! :-)

I turned the scores off. Free study ain't going anywhere, same with the off center, and the shadow is getting the most comments (12 good comments so far). I want to be pleasantly surprised next tuesday when I turn the scores on again.

ps. I almost pulled the image out of the competition, but I left it in for kicks. I still think that it is not the greatest image, (belongs right in low 5s) but apparently, the rest of the shadows don't look that intimidating now. Sorry, fellow DPCers, but you failed to impress the audience this time (with a few exceptions of course).

This will be a relatively low scoring challenge. At least compared to the last 3 or 4 ones.
