Resize it to 640px on thelngest side using this tutorial, then upload it to your portfolio using the My Portfolio link under My Home on the main menu.

Upload to your portfolio, get the number of the pic from the address bar, and then used the Insert Thumbnail icon at the right when you're posting back. Put the number in the window that pops up, write whatever else you want, and hit post.

Here are two edits. The first is a "keep it natural" attempt to see what I could yet out of the image. The second is a little more "artsy" take on it, but still keeping some realism.

Best way is to just put in a clickable thumb like this:

All you need to do is click the rightmost button above the post window, then type in the six-digit code for the image (just the six numbers, nothing else). Quote this post to see the resulting code...

see they make things toooooo simple if it was harder i could have gotten the picture on there!!!!
